HVAC configurator: shortlist suitable units in minutes
The central IFRA HVAC configurator helps residential and commercial users shortlist suitable indoor and outdoor units in a few steps and submit a structured, non-binding pricing inquiry immediately.
Why we built the configurator
Most inquiries start with the same questions: what capacity fits the room size, which system concept is realistic, and which unit types should be compared first. The configurator gives a clear and traceable preselection for the offer phase.
How it works
The workflow is intentionally short and can be adjusted at any time.
- Select usage type (residential or commercial).
- Add rooms, define area, and choose indoor unit type.
- Pick system type (single, multi, VRV/VRF) and filter by brand.
- Compare recommended indoor and outdoor units and submit as a non-binding pricing inquiry.
Operator benefit
The setup is handed over in a structured format as a non-binding inquiry instead of free-text e-mail. That reduces clarification loops and speeds up the path to a suitable quotation.
One entry point for residential and commercial
The configurator is centralized: residential users get a guided preselection for typical home use, while commercial users can model larger loads and system variants. Complex custom concepts remain part of IFRA project engineering.
What comes next
We will continue to expand the configurator as a core service: broader model coverage, deeper comparison data, and later semi-automated offer building blocks for standard configurations.
