As a master refrigeration technician, you take a central role between customers, engineering, project delivery and the installation team. You work both in planning and organization and directly on technically demanding systems.

What to expect on the job
- Technical leadership and support of refrigeration and HVAC projects
- Planning, sizing and costing of refrigeration, HVAC and hydraulic systems
- Preparation and review of proposals, material lists and technical documents
- Coordination of installers, subcontractors, suppliers and project participants
- Preparation, organization and supervision of construction sites and installation work
- Commissioning, optimization and acceptance of refrigeration and HVAC systems
- Support with training and professional development of our employees
- Documentation and fully digital processing of assigned projects
What we expect
- Successfully completed master craftsman qualification in refrigeration system installation
- Extensive experience in installation, service, commissioning and troubleshooting in industrial and commercial refrigeration
- Strong understanding of control, electrical and hydraulic technology
- Experience in system planning, sizing and project delivery
- Knowledge of natural and synthetic refrigerants
- Willingness to work in Bavaria and Hesse
- Good German; English is an advantage
- Valid category B driving licence

What to expect on the job
- Repair Frigen and CO2 refrigeration systems and a wide range of refrigerated display units.
- Install, commission and maintain modern CO2 refrigeration systems for industrial and commercial clients.
- Work on refrigeration control and regulation systems.
- Install hydraulic brine systems, including pump stations and piping.
- Troubleshoot faults and provide technical customer advice on site.
What we expect
- Completed training as a refrigeration system installer, mechatronics technician for refrigeration, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in installation, maintenance or service of refrigeration systems, ideally in industrial or commercial environments.
- Independent, reliable and customer-oriented way of working with strong technical understanding.
- Willingness to work in the Bavaria and Hesse regions.
- Good German skills; English is an advantage.
- Valid driver's license (B).
